Tonight I passed the 2km mark on the treadmill. I hit 2.26km.
Week 2 of my gentle reintroduction to running is 5 min warm up and cool down, with 10 90second runs with 30second recoveries.
It’s still feeling great. I feel loose, relaxed and happy as well as comfortable. I’m grinning while I run.
Long may this joy last!
